Medications
Chantix, Zyban, and the Nicotrol Inhalers will not be available through our Cigna Plan. However, Robin Cassidy, ANP (212-9498) and David Damsker, MD (250-4549), will still be available to employees to write prescriptions for Chantix and the Nicotrol Inhaler for your convenience which will allow you to save the co-insurance for a doctor’s visit. To qualify for a prescription, you'll need to complete a medical screening questionnaire that helps ensure that this option is suitable for you. If it is not, other options will be discussed with you to help you beat the habit, including taking advantage of our free smoking cessation classes. Please call Robin Cassidy, ANP at 212-9498 to sign up for the classes.
