Take a virtual tour of myCIGNA.com by clicking on the “myCIGNA Capabilities” link located on the www.myCIGNA.com homepage to learn how to register for online access, manage your health plan benefits and to view health care resources and online tools.     

If you are a first time user to register, click on the register button and follow the instructions.  Use your member number from your ID card or social security number to complete the employee information fields located on the registration page. 

Highlights of Resources Available to You!

On the “My Plan” page you can access recent claims history, track your plan year deductible and HRA account balance, find a doctor, order member id cards, compare prescription drugs and view wellness resources just to name a few.

Healthcare resources and Life Style Management information can be found by clicking on the “My Health” tab located at the top of the webpage.
