
"Seattle in Sixty Days "
Moving more offers many benefits to your health and overall wellbeing. The actual event will last 60 days starting on June 2 and will end on July 31.
Results:
Entering steps:
- Team captains must make sure we have a valid email address for each team member.
- Team members will receive a link to enter their steps on the last day of each week. They will receive follow-up emails on Tuesday for any weeks missed.
- Do not forward an e-mail of your link to enter steps to another person. All links are custom to that user.
Remember:
- Sixty Days to Seattle = 2972 miles
- 1 mile = 2,000 steps
- 10,000 steps = 5 miles per day
