312 Salary Upon Return from Suspension

When a probationary or regular employee is placed on an investigatory suspension and was proved not at fault, he will be returned to the position previously occupied. 

 

When a probationary or regular employee is placed on disciplinary suspension, he will receive no pay during the period of suspension and upon return to work, will be returned to the position previously occupied with the same rate of pay.
