Purpose

The Daily Mileage spreadsheet is a tool to replace the paper process for reporting and requesting reimbursement for daily mileage traveled.If you have other expenses to request reimbursement for, you should not use this spreadsheet. Reimbursement requests requiring receipts or other supporting documentation must be made on the paper forms.
