Property Damage/Theft

All incidents involving damage or theft to Wake County property must be reported to Risk Management by completing a Wake County Property Damage/Theft Report.

The Wake County Property Damage/Theft report can be accessed by:

       Go to:

               1)        Lotus Notes

               2)        Wake County Forms Bin

               3)        Risk Management

               4)        Property Damage/Theft Report

For each theft report or report of damage to County property, the following must be provided to Risk Management:

       1)        Copy of Police report;

       2)        Copy of original purchase order (or any other documentation to show the original cost of the stolen/damaged property).        

Risk Management will repair or replace with comparable parts/equipment.

Send invoices to Risk Management for payment.
