Payment Options

Goods and services procured by departments can be paid for by several methods. The County issued procurement card is the preferred method of payment and departments are encouraged to use their procurement cards whenever possible. The only exception is for the purchase of gift cards, which must be done through a purchase order (see 1009 Gift Card Procedures). All other purchases will be paid for by County issued check or ACH (direct deposit).
