Investments/Debt Management

The cash management function includes managing the County's cash and investment portfolio, analyzing financial markets and initiating investment purchases and sales, maintaining adequate liquidity for cash disbursements, and forecasting of interest rates. The debt function includes developing policies and strategies related to the effective management of the County's financial assets including issuing bonds and commercial paper.
