                 CONTRACT CONTROL QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE (Update 6/02)

When is Contract Control required? When obtaining services, construction, renovations, building maintenance, equipment maintenance agreements and leasing subject to the approved dollar levels. Also, all acceptances and awards of grants, exchanges of real property and easements and when executing agreements between other governmental units. Contracts with individuals or DBA’s required when $1,000 or more. Contracts with companies only required when $5,000 or more.
