HR Project Update

Project Phases: Envision, Build and Achieve
Currently the Human Resources Management (HRM) team is in the Envision Phase. During this phase business processes for both HR and Payroll have been identified, explored and are currently being revised for efficiency gains through the use of HRM/Advantage. This exploration, referred to as prototyping, is being conducted with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and HR staff. The team is currently working on the prototyping sessions and expects the Build phase to begin in early 2008.
