HR eWake Project

The HRM portion of the project includes both HR and Payroll functions. The project includes three phases: Envision, Build and Achieve. See the Project Updates section for more information.

One major improvement of the new HRM system is online applications. The new recruitment tool, Kenexa - BrassRing, will offer several enhancements over our existing system. Upcoming features will include:

• Applicant ability to create and store resumes/applications in the system.
• Applicant ability to apply for multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Electronic correspondence between applicants and HR and/or Hiring Managers.
