VISION PLAN

This plan is administered by Vision Service Plan (VSP), you pay the entire cost of coverage, but it gives you and your family access to a network of quality eye-care providers as well as out-of-network coverage. Pre- and post-operative services and laser correction are provided at a discounted rate. While discounts will vary by location, the average is 15% off of the laser center’s usual and customary price.
